What is LTE:
Lte (Long Term Evolution) is a 3gpp standard wireless communication system. It is being developed for higher data rate for mobile phones and data cards. The Downlink peak data rate of LTE is 300 Mbit/s and uplink peak data rate is 75 Mbit/s. The QoS provisions permitting a transfer latency of less than 5 ms in the radio access network.
